Dog Sport Classes
Group classes start and end on a specific date and are limited to 5 dogs per class (3 for Control Unleashed). Drop In classes allow you the flexibility to pick and choose when you come to class. Pre-registration for all classes is required. You may register, cancel or reschedule drop in classes up to 48 hours prior to the start time. Classes must be paid for at the time of registration.

Weekend Workshops
Our weekend workshops offer focused training opportunities on select weekends, covering a variety of skills and activities to help you and your dog grow together. These special sessions provide in-depth instruction in a small group setting, allowing for personalized coaching and hands-on practice. Spaces are limited, and pre-registration is required, so be sure to sign up early to secure your spot. Whether you’re looking to fine-tune existing skills or try something new, our weekend workshops are a great way to elevate your training!

Our Beginning Barn Hunt workshop is ideal for teams new to the sport or those already competing in Novice and Open. This class focuses on helping handlers understand the rules, develop effective handling strategies, and build their dog’s scenting confidence in a fun and supportive environment.

Canine Pentathlon: Dog Sport Try Its

The Canine Pentathlon is a fast-paced, three-hour workshop where teams get to try five exciting dog sports: Rat Sports (Barn Hunt & Urban Locating), Parkour, Rally Obedience, Agility, and Scent Work plus learn some fun tricks along th way. Designed in a circuit-style format, small groups rotate through each sport, making it a fun, engaging, and supportive experience for all skill levels. Whether you’re exploring new activities or sharpening existing skills, this event is a great way to see what your dog loves! AKC Canine Good Citizen & Trick Dog Testing is available too!

Lost Item Recovery: Skill Building

This session is designed to strengthen your dog’s odor obedience to the target scent, improve discrimination between target items and distractions, and tackle more challenging hide placements, including elevated and inaccessible hides. Each session includes multiple hide searches to build confidence and reliability.
Prerequisite: Dogs should have a basic understanding of finding handler odor to participate.

Go beyond learning the basics in this four week class which introduces dogs to the quarry, develops seeking skills while building confidence and motivation. This class is open to dogs four months old and older. Dogs of all ages, breeds and sizes are welcome. Â
Quarry Quest: Multi Sport Class

This unique class offers flexible, tailored training for you and your dog across multiple scent and quarry sports. For each run, handlers can choose to work in Barn Hunt, Urban Locating, or Earthdog, allowing teams to focus on their goals, try something new, or mix it up week to week. Urban Locating League is like a bowling leagueâbut with your dog! đŸ Each week, teams tackle exciting NASDA Urban Locating and Urban Challenge Games courses, with the judge presenting new challenges to test your dog’s skills. To help our teams compete, practice and train at their best, the format for each week will be a surprise each week! Compete for weekly prizes, and the top teams will earn Bark Bucks! Arrive by 5:15 for the first round.
